London - British music stars Robbie Williams, Radiohead, Kate Nash, The Verve and the Kaiser Chiefs are among those that founded a coalition Saturday to assert performers' rights with their record labels.
More than 60 bands and performers have joined the Featured Artists' Coalition to attempt to win back control of the music industry in the digital age.
"It is time for artists to have a strong collective voice to stand up for their interests," Brian Message, who manages Radiohead and Kate Nash, said.

Janet Jackson, who was set to resume her Rock Witchu tour in Greensboro N.C., on Saturday night, has delayed yet three more shows because of an undisclosed illness, People reported. According to Jackson's publicist, the 42-year-old singer, who was hospitalized last week and released, was not fully recovered by this week's Saturday-night show.
