Will NATO join Afghan troop surge?

US President Obama and Canada's Prime Minister Harper discuss Afghan policy, although Obama did not ask for an extension of 2011 deadline for Canadian troops to quit Afghanistan. Obama's visit to Canada comes as NATO defense ministers are gathering in Poland, where so far, NATO members have made additional troop pledges numbering in the hundreds, not thousands.
