One New Yorker campaigns against the traffic police - collecting evidence of rules being broken on video.
The issue in question, according to the campaigner who calls himself 'Jimmy Justice", is New York City's "predatory ticketing system". Jimmy says traffic cops are too quick to hand out penalties to civliians. He points out that about 50 million tickets are doled out every year, earning the city about 500 million dollars. He also points to the problem of abuse of power.
