Ukraine calls for early election

Ukranian President, Viktor Yushenko dissolves parliament and calls for elections in December. But residents in Kiev react with dismay to the announcement saying that the decision does not make sense.The former Soviet state has been gripped by political turmoil since mass protests in 2004. Yuschenko has been at odds with Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko for at least four years, and blames her for the collapse in government.Basmah Fahim reports.
