A U.N building in Gaza was set ablaze by an Israeli strike and the fire is spreading to warehouses that store medicine and food. Workers ran for cover after a huge explosion at the compound. Others tried to retrieve as many items as possible from the fire at the United Nations Relief and Work Agency building. Three members of staff were injured. The Palestinian death toll from the air-and-ground offensive has risen to at least 1,055, according to the Hamas-run Health Ministry in Gaza. Thirteen Israelis have been killed -- 10 soldiers and three civilians. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNRWA WORKER, JUDI CLARKE
