UK inflation woes

UK consumers face rising inflation that analysts warn is increasingly likely to put upward pressure on wage demands. The UK's consumer price inflation rate (which excludes mortgages) rose to 4.4 percent in July, outpacing the prediction of many economists. The rise makes it difficult for the Bank of England to consider lowering interest rates to address the risk of recession. Stefanie McIntyre reports.
