Three jailed for Cambodia killings

A Cambodian court has sentenced three former Khmer Rouge soldiers to 20 years in prison for the kidnap and murders of a British mine clearance expert and his interpreter. Christopher Howes was leading a de-mining operation near the city of Siem Reap in 1996 when his team was abducted. The kidnappers asked him to go collect ransom money but he refused to leave his team of 30. The others were then freed or escaped but Howes and his translator were taken deeper into the jungle and shot. Their families have waited 12 years for justice.Susan Flory reports.
