Peru's Congress honoured Spain's King Juan Carlos on Monday (October 27), awarding him the medal of honour, the Major Cross, on the second day of his state visit to the Andean nation. The trip marks the royal couple's third visit to the Andean country since they were crowned in 1975 following the death of Spanish dictator Francisco Franco.Penny Tweedie reports.
