As the credit crisis deepens, a Spanish property developer is offering first time buyers a helping hand by selling cheap apartments.
More than 2,000 Spaniards are being given the chance to buy apartments for as little as $150,000. Spain had enjoyed a ten year property boom but the market collapsed earlier this year as a result of the global financial crisis.
