Second school collapses in Haiti

The two-storey building collapsed wounding at least nine. The incident happened in Hati's capital Port au-Prince. Officials said most of the children were outside when part of the building collapsed. Only five days earlier another school collapsed killing at least 90 people. Haitian officials blamed poor construction, they said the building had little strutural steel or cement holding concrete blocks together. Basmah Fahim reports.
