School dropouts learn new trades

Suame Magazine is an industrial yard in Kumasi, Ghana where mechanics are renowned for their ingenuity in fixing badly damaged vehicles. Many of the staff working at the garage are school dropouts and only learnt their skills on the job. Now Suames reputation is spreading across the country and even attracting clients beyond Ghanas borders.
