Rice says troop deal close

U.S. Secretary of State Rice in Baghdad said the U.S. and Iraq were close to a deal on U.S. troop presence in Iraq. The long-awaited agreement will allow U.S. forces to stay in Iraq beyond the end of this year, when a U.N.
