Protestors target PM's car

Icelandic protesters angered by the collapse of the country's economy have been taken their frustration out on the Prime Minister. As Geir Haarde left his office on Wednesday a crowd of campaigners surrounded his car and pelted it with eggs.In October last year, Iceland's currency plunged and its financial system collapsed under the weight of billions of dollars of foreign debts incurred by its banks. Protesters are angry over the way the government handled the situation and are preparing for the worst as the economic forecast looks increasingly gloomy. Liz Kennedy reports.
