The Financial Times Deutschland says Prince Max of Liechtenstein is being investigated for tax evasion by German authorities. Prince Max is the CEO of Liechtenstein's LGT bank, which hit the headlines in 2008 when Germany paid an informant to obtain names of German clients hiding funds in LGT bank accounts. This comes as the United States pursues a civil lawsuit to access details of thousands of clients of Swiss bank UBS, that it says are are hiding $14.8 billion in assets in secret Swiss bank accounts. Joanna Partridge reports.
