Pensioners die in bus fire

Elderly bus passengers die after the bus they were travelling in burst into flames, in Germany's worst bus accident in years. Twenty of the mostly elderly bus passengers burned to death after the vehicle caught fire while driving along a northern German motorway. Police say the fire broke out when one of the passengers broke the rules to smoke a cigarette in the vehicle's toilet. Joanna Partridge reports.
