Global economic downturn expected to put a dampener on some of the red carpet outfits. The primping and pampering is in full swing in the days leading up to the Oscars. But this year it's expected that the growing economic clouds may lead to a more subtle display of beauty and bling by those walking on the red carpet. Jim Drury reports.
