Oil down as Gustav eases

Oil fell further on Tuesday after Hurricane Gustav weakened before hitting the U.S. Gulf Coast, easing concerns about its impact on the energy industry. In a day of political turmoil, Japan's benchmark Nikkei declined, although paid little attention to the resignation of Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda. Kitty Bu reports.
