Eric Holder, U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's nominee for attorney general, vowed to aggressively fight financial fraud and enforce antitrust laws at his Senate confirmation hearing on Thursday. He also answered tough questions over the pardoning of fugitive financier Marc Rich, saying "I made mistakes," and said he believed the controversial interrogation tactic of waterboarding is a form of torture.
