Obama speaks about Sen. Kennedy

President Barack Obama said, "part of me is with him," as he spoke about Sen. Ted Kennedy while making remarks at an inaugural lunch in the Capitol Building's Statuary Hall. Kennedy, who is battling a brain tumor, reportedly collapsed during the lunch and was evacuated from the building by medical staff.Obama said, "This is a joyous time, but it is also a sobering time, and my prayers are with him and his family and Vicki."
