Former Serbian president Milan Milutinovic has been acquitted by a war crimes tribunal of crimes committed against ethnic Albanians during the violent break-up of the Balkans in the 1990s. But the country's former premier and four other Serb officials were jailed. They were found guiilty of forcibly deporting about 800,000 civilians, along with ordering the murder of hundreds of civilians by Serb forces in Kosovo.
