Madonna begins world tour

The Queen of pop has begun her Sticky and Sweet Tour at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff in Wales. Madonna played a two-hour set which featured re-works of hits like Vogue and La Isla Bonita as well as new material from her Hard Candy album. The 50-year-old artist will go on to perform across Europe, before heading to North and South America where her tour ends in Brazil in December. Liz Kennedy reports.
