Luminous Baroque ice sculptures

Artists in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius carve scaled-down ice replicas of famous Baroque architecture. At night the sculptures are brought to life in a display of light and colour. Standing up to five metres tall the sculptures are a reminder to locals and tourists alike of the famous buildings that adorn the streets of the city chosen as Europe's Capital of Culture for 2009.
