Tzipi Livni is set to be Israel's next prime minister after a comfortable victory in a party leadership election to choose a replacement for Ehud Olmert. Olmert earlier announced he would resign amid a corruption probe, but he has vowed to exercise his right to stay on until Livni forges her own coalition government.Katharine Jackson reports.
