South Korean marine soldiers stage a mock landing operation at Incheon beach to mark the 60th anniversary of the army's founding.
The event 37 kilometres west of Seoul, involved 375 marine soldiers exhibiting landing operations from boats, helicopters, and parachutes, shooting smoke bombs towards the sea. Two naval ships, 26 armoured tanks and 10 helicopters were deployed. The operation was staged to commemorate the historical Incheon Landing Operation led by U.S. general Douglas MacArthur during the Korean War.
