North Korean leader Kim Jong-il who is believed to be touring the province ahead of a missile launch, has apparently been photographed smoking on state television, six months after reportedly suffering a stroke. North Korea says it plans to launch a satellite on a rocket as a part of a peaceful space program. Analysts say the launch will actually be the test-firing of its long-range Taepodong-2 missile designed to strike U.S. territory. Neena Dhaun reports.
