Jobs losses as China feels the pinch

Thousands of factory workers are suffering as factories across China's manufacturing hub of Dongguan reel from the aftershocks of the global financial crisis. Two toy factories, run by Hong Kong-listed Smart Union Group, had employed close to 7000 workers in Zhangmutou. Now the factory is silent, with its masses of workers stuck outside its gates waiting for the pay and compensation they are owed. Sonia Legg reports.
