Japan juggles PM policy vacuum

The second Japanese prime minister to resign in less than a year threatened Tuesday to create a policy vacuum as the world's No.2 economy teeters on recession. Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda said he stepped down because of political gridlock, with speculation now that party No.2 Taro Aso will follow him in the post. Dan Sloan reports.
