India's temple of branded luxury shopping opens to moneyed worshippers. Luxury brands are breaking the final frontier, with the opening of a high-street shopping mall in New Delhi. Christian Dior, Gucci, Burberry -- they all aim to satiate the growing appetite for luxury goods in a country that has the fastest rising number of millionaires in the world and where the cost of one Burberry bag is more than the annual income of millions.
