The US-India deal on edge as news questions arise about terms of the deal. On Capitol Hill the House Foreign Relations Committee made public a State Department document that apparently shows the U.S. and India may not be on the same page when it comes to what happens to the deal if India tests nuclear weapons.Deborah Lutterbeck reports.SOUNDBITE: Darryl Kimball of the Arms Control Association
