Chicago police have asked the FBI to help find the missing 7-year-old nephew of Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson. Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death last week, and nephew Julian King abducted. Catherine Zeta Jones is set to star in a musical about Cleopatra. Previously Zeta Jones won an Oscar for her role in 2002's Chicago.
Like most major pop acts, Alvin and the Chipmunks are making big plans for their anniversary. Fifty years after the release of their first single, "The Chipmunk Song," the animated trio will release "Undeniable," an album of covers including hits from artists like Led Zeppelin and Bon Jovi. "Undeniable" will be available from November 4.
Box office numbers from the weekend show "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," dominated the screen. The movie sold 42 million dollars (USD) worth of tickets across North America, and grossed 40 million dollars (USD) internationally. Coming in at number two, the Halloween thriller "Saw V" scared up 30.5 million dollars (USD).
