Osama Bin Laden's former driver Salim Hamdan Is sentenced to 5 1/2 years, concluding the first U.S. war crimes trial since World War Two The judge gave Hamdan credit for 61 months, so he could be out in five months. However, the U.S. government has argued it can detain Hamdan or any and other enemy combatant indefinitely as long as the war on terrorism continues.Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
