Striking workers have marched through Athens to the Greek parliament in an attempt to force the government to withdraw controversial reforms. The demonstrators say the changes will affect job security and pensions. Brief scuffles broke out when a group of protesters charged riot police guarding the parliament buildings. The protesters, mainly youths, then threw sticks and stones at police. Some protesters said the government's "capitalistic" policies, including privatisation and taxation, were even more destructive coming at a time of an international financial crisis. Sonia Legg reports.
