For Barack Obama, the crisis in Georgia, poses a new opportunity for the first-term Senator to pass the so-called Commander-In-Chief test. But with Obama on vacation, this may well be an opportunity lost for the Illinois Senator, to prove himself adapt at handling a foreign policy and military crisis.
