Hundreds of thousands of people across Europe have been staging protests against Israel's 15-day offensive in Gaza.
Scuffles broke out during several demonstrations, including those in London and Paris.
In Greece protestors shouted "murderers!" and held up photographs of Palestinian children wounded in Gaza from the attacks. Some held placards reading "Get Out of Gaza Now!" Despite a U.N. Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire and Egyptian-European mediation efforts, Israel appears determined to press on with its offensive, designed to stop Hamas rocket fire.
