GM unveiled the electric car that it hopes will remake its image and symbolize the company. GM hopes to sell the car in 2010 at under $40,000, but some critics question if its lithium ion battery that will power the car will be ready by then.Fred Katayama reports from GM's headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.
