G7 to fight recession

The G7 industrial powers said they will tackle the recession doing all that they can without distorting free trade. Members of the G7 pledged to combat the recession during crisis talks in Rome, Italy. Central bankers and ministers from the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Italy and Canada met ahead of the G20 meeting in april which includes the large emerging market economies. Basmah Fahim reports.
