A shooting at a school in Finland prompts the Finnish Prime Minister to review the law on owning a handgun. 10 people were shot dead at a Finnish school when a 22-year old student opened fire on them, and then turned the gun on himself. This is the second incident of its kind in one year, and Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhaned said that gun laws must be 'modernised'. Finland ranks third after the United States and Yemen in gun ownership rates, according to a study last year by the Geneva-based Graduate Institute of International Studies. Basmah Fahim reports.
