Fay pounds Florida for 3rd day

US President George W. Bush declared a storm emergency in Florida, authorizing federal disaster relief, as Tropical Storm Fay continued to pound the state with incessant rain and winds speeds of 60 mph The sixth storm of what experts predict will be a busy Atlantic hurricane season, Fay was moving west at just 5 miles per hour (7 kph) after its third Florida landfall, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.Pavithra George reports.
