Drug-related violence keeps spiraling and becoming ever more brazen in Mexico despite a big deployment of troops by the government. More than 2300 people have died from Mexico's drug wars this year. Fred Katayama reports.SOUNDBITE: Felipe Calderon, Mexican President, saying (Spanish):"Only this year 100 federal policemen, 62 soldiers and 5 marines have been killed in this war. We deeply regret their loss, because they were Mexicans who offered their live to recapture the security of Mexican families. But why have more federal policemen, soldiers and marines than ever died? Maybe the reason is that we are seriously fighting organized crime for the first time and we are not going to let them pass."
