Dozens die in Sri Lanka blast

A female suicide bomber blows herself up at a refugee camp near the town of Vishvamadu. At least 28 people have been killed, many of them children, and 90 others wounded in the attack the Sri Lankan military says happened when the women hid among a crowd of civilians trying to flee the fighting between troops and Tamil Tiger rebels. Paul Chapman reports.
