Dozens dead in Vietnam floods

Floods in Hanoi, Vietnam have killed at least 20 people. Authorities in Vietnam issue a new flood alert as they warn more heavy rain and flash floods will hit the north of the country. Vietnam's main agricultural area which harvests rice has not been hit. But the coffee harvest has been disrupted. The flood and storm season is due to end next month. Basmah Fahim reports.
