Deadly flash floods in Vietnam

Heavy rains and flash floods brought about by tropical storm Kammuri killed dozens of people and left many more people missing in northern Vietnam. The high waters filled homes as rescue workers tried to move people to higher ground, amid warnings of more flooding and landslide. Hayley Platt reports.
