Cutting costs in Ghana

At a time when many global economies are going into recession, Ghana has seen steady economic growth, projected to reach 7% this year. But ordinary people are suffering the effects of rising prices as their incomes can't buy what they used to. Our Cameraman in Accra, Isaac Kpelle spent a day with Emmanuel Ebo Ampa, an electrical engineer who's had to cut both his living and working costs in order to make ends meet.
