The U.S. has relied on air power to qwell violence along the Pakistani border with Afghanistan, but the civilian death toll is fostering an anti-U.S. sentiment. The strikes have also put pressure on Pakistan's civilian government, which does not want to be seen as too close to the United States. Deborah Lutterbeck reports from Washington.
