Congo refugees flee Tutsi rebels

Thousands of people in the Deomcratic Republic of Congo flee a new outburst of fighting between government troops and rebel forces. Aid workers are set to evacuate a Congolese town as Tutsi rebels advance towards it. The United Nations High Commission for Refugees says the security situation in the region is too dangerous for UNHCR staff to venture far from Goma headquarters.Penny Tweedie reports.
