Bush not planning new stimulus

The White House denied it is working on a second economic stimulus package on the heels of last week's dismal jobs report. Pending home sales fell more than predicted in July. Hurricane Ike re-entered Cuba, but was on track to avoid major oil operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Oil prices dropped sharply on the revised tracking forecast. Conway Gittens reports from New York.
