President George W. Bush has approved an 8,000-troop reduction in US forces in Iraq. In a Washington speech, President Bush said he is planning a moderate reduction of force in Iraq, of about 8,000 troops. The decision will leave 138,000 U.S. troops in Iraq -- still more than in early 2007, when Bush ordered a "surge" of extra forces.Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
