Britney Spears arrives at Heathrow airport after her first UK TV performance in five years.
The pop singer performed her current single Womanizer on the UK singing talent show, X Factor, on Saturday night (November 29).
Previous stars to have appeared on this year's X Factor include Take That, Mariah Carey and Girls Aloud.
On Monday (December 1), Spears will release her sixth album, Circus.
She has been on a promotional tour across Europe, performing at an awards ceremony in Germany and on the French TV show Star Academy. Spears, who will turn 27 on Tuesday (December 2), recently announced two concerts in London next summer as part of her world tour. The new album and tour mark a fresh start for the singer, who in recent years has hit the headlines for her turbulent private life.
