Beijing places new traffic ban

Beijing government tackles a growing traffic problem by trying out a new rule banning cars from the clogged roads. Under the new scheme the government will also encourage companies to allow flexible working hours or changing shifts times to ease the rush hour traffic that brings parts of the city to a near standstill.Stefanie McIntyre reports.
