Protestors call for the right to self determination in the Basque Country as two rail stations are targeted in attacks. Basque Country President Juan Jose Ibarretxe is also urging talks with the separatist rebel group ETA but only if they are prepared to permanently renounce the use of violence for political ends. Paul Chapman reports.
